Which route do we sail?

From the bay of Santa Ponsa we sail along the Cruz de la Conquista Jaume 1, a monument which reminds the battle with the Moors. Via the Cala dén Guixar we enter the marine reserve Islas Malgrats. We cross the Ensanada de Santa Ponsa, in the direction of Port d'Andratx, and drop anchor in Cala Blanca or Cala Es Camp de Mar.

Here you have the opportunity to swim and snorkle in cristal clear water, use our floating devices, paddle boards and snorkle gear. Enjoy our fabulous tapa's with a cold drink to your likings. After about an hour we continue the trip and pass Es Camp de Mar, an area were a many celebrities have summerhouses. We sail along steep cliffs, Cala Monjo, Cala Fornells and Peguera back to Santa Ponsa.

Due to windconditions the route may change.

If possible a visit to Port Adriano will be made to admire some superyachts of which the largest is close to 260 ft/80m.

Do we sail when the weather is bad?

That depends how bad the weather is, but safety has our highest priority. We do not sail if it is raining or with strong winds, but if it is cloudy we sail.

Please note that cancelation by Sail4fun is always the skipper’s decision.

Can I listen to my own playlist?

Yes you can. We have numerous playlists, but if you want your private playlist we can connect your device to our speakers on the front deck and the cockpit.

Is it possible to have a party on board?

Yes, you can party on board, but only on private trips. If you book a shared trip the Sail4fun boats are not party/booze boats.

Do I get seasick?

Seasickness very much depends on the person. Some get seasick and some don’t. Seasickness is a motion sickness like carsickness. Our experience is that only a few people get seasick on a catamaran. If you are afraid you will get seasick you can go to the pharmacy and buy medication against carsickness. They will help on a boat as well.

Are your boats and crew fully licensed?

The answer to this question can be brief: yes

Is there a toilet on the boat?

Yes there is.

What can I expect?

A perfect trip along the South West Mallorcan coast, fabulous tapas, a friendly crew.

In short: AN AWESOME SAILINGTRIP.

Will I see dolphins?

You probably will not unless we are lucky. A lot of motorboats are racing around in this area and most of the dolphins migrate to the the North side of Mallorca, because they do not like them and neither do we.
